Launched in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic, Alert Healthcare was created by Alert Ambulance to meet the urgent need for COVID-19 testing, vaccinations, and critical healthcare services. The company quickly became a trusted public health partner, securing a contract with Rhode Island to deliver widespread COVID testing, vaccination clinics, and monoclonal antibody (MAB) infusions in both community centers and homes.
Building on this success, Alert Healthcare has expanded to offer a full suite of services. These include Hospital-at-Home, which provides acute care to patients in the comfort of their own homes; Medical Respite services, offering care for patients in transition; and Mobile Integrated Health, delivering skilled nursing and medical care to underserved communities. We continue to run Vaccination Clinics and offer Corporate Preventative Healthcare services to improve workforce health, along with Telemedicine, ensuring patients receive convenient care no matter where they are.
Partnering with hospitals across Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and working closely with organizations like Westbay Community Action, we are committed to making healthcare accessible to everyone. Our skilled team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) delivers personalized, high-quality care, including wound care, chronic disease management, and post-acute recovery support.
